3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. We strongly recommend using trackable shipping, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit without proof of delivery.

Once inspected at our designated facility, refunds are issued directly to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow an additional 3–10 business days for your banking institution to process and post the transaction.
